How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. A delivery will be completed within 1-3 working days countrywide with a signature required upon a receipt.

Please note, delays may be expected during weekends and holidays.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently we are also offering shipping of our garments to Australia. Expected delivery time is 3-7 working days.

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Items must be returned with all tags attached.

To request a return, please email us your order details and we will be in touch to complete the return.

Softon Cashmere does not take responsibility for any lost parcels sent by the customer. We suggest you get the return tracked from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

How long does it take to process the refund?

A full refund, exchange or store credit is available within 7 days of receiving the item, providing that it is unworn, unwashed, unused and with its original tags.
